Receptionist/Human Resources Assistant


  • Auditing files (paper and electronic) to make sure that we have proper documentation for employees including employee handbook and T&E acknowledgements
  • Moving termed employees into a separate folder on the h drive (for personnel files) and file drawers
  • Handling departmental administrative tasks including filing and  reception duties
  • Print and copy weekly, monthly quarterly decks for EVP, Operations and assist with other administrative needs
  • Put together new hire orientation packets and assist in new employee orientation
  • Setting up employees desk for their first day (putting together Welcome packet and employee perks guide)
  • Create tech requests for new hires, desk moves, etc.
  • Assist HR/Cultural Development Coordinator with planning parties/events
  • Audit timesheets to ensure manager approvals as well as identify excessive OT  and non-exempt employees in LA who are not submitted  for daily meal break
  • Cover mailroom desk when necessary
  • Assist with HR projects as they arise



  • Recent college gradate
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and within company as a whole.
