Sales Coordinator

TITLE: Sales Coordinator


PGM is looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide sales development support to the brand partnership team. This position will support SVP-Branded Partnernship, VP-Brand Partnership and the Sales Team who sell cross platform including digital, social, mobile, print and events with a strong focus on digital and content.

Ideal candidate seeks a position in sales or digital account management and is passionate about pop
culture, music, film, fashion, television, and digital media. Similarly, they will need to thrive in a fastpaced deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications Required:


  • Bachelors Degree
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales/advertising (internships count)
  • Strong interest in sales and/or digital account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong interest in digital media with particular proficiency in social media
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Responsibilities include:

  • Support staff duties including: sales prospecting, booking calendar appointments/meetings/meal reservations, submitting expenses, etc. and other sales development support duties as needed.
  • Work with sales team and finance to maintain Salesforce to ensure ads are booked properly and client contact/billing info is up to date
  • Oversee all interns and organize/manage their time accordingly
  • Work with team to ensure the intranet system is up to date with all appropriate sales materials, account lists, etc.
  • Work with sales team on active prospecting with a goal toward taking on smaller accounts as time allows
  • Become experts in Media Radar, AdDatabase, Moat, Sellercrowd and other research/reporting tools for the team to ensure proper reporting is readily updated and available
  • Work with marketing to update marketing materials as needed including sales decks, etc. for sales team
  • Work with the AM team on campaigns are being fulfilled and assist with ad trafficking as needed
  • Work with production to coordinate premium calendar updating for all print ads
  • Work with sales team to keep comp list updated
